CCBM was founded here on this website August 8th 2014 as a public service and is free to the general public.  We started regulating the news by generating a basic mass media emergency message and advisory on various websites something no other regulation agency or organization did. The Law, good ethics and rules in communications are fundamental to regulation. In times of emergency like what we are experiencing today the law at the highest levels of government has been severely abused by politicians entrusted to enforced it.  This has effects at every level of government. Government failed to correctly identify and beat terrorism. Government failed to control and regulate news which is why we exist.  The central problem in regulation are the practices of corruption by terrorists who look to maintain a central overriding control of regulation and to control the structure of all newspapers and news informations services.  In times of emergency like what we are experiencing today,  the law cannot be defined or enforced by terrorists and all matters of enforcement are Judged by acts of God.  In times of emergency acts of God manifest and confirm authority and bring to justice those breaking the law according to the perspective of God’s Holy Spirit who knows all things.
